Allison Brents is a licensed REALTOR® serving buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Memphis area. With a strong foundation in analytics, operations, and client advocacy, Allison brings a thoughtful, data-driven approach to real estate while maintaining the warmth and hospitality the Mid-South is known for.
Before transitioning into residential real estate, Allison served as an intelligence analyst during Operation Iraqi Freedom with the U.S. Army, later developing her degree in Business and Economics from Middle Tennessee State University. She spent over a decade in the healthcare industry as a Quality Systems Manager and Process Improvement Specialist, where she developed a keen eye for detail, efficiency, and problem-solving—skills she now leverages to guide clients through seamless transactions.
With a long-standing passion for investing, Allison has been actively involved in the Memphis real estate community, including serving as a board member of the Memphis Investors Group, before focusing her expertise on private residential real estate. She has a special place in her heart for first-time homebuyers and those searching for their forever home, particularly in welcoming communities like Bartlett, Cordova, Lakeland, Arlington, Germantown, and her hometown of Collierville, where she has lived for over a decade. Deeply rooted in the area, her children attend local schools, and her family is actively involved in community events, youth sports, and their home church.
In her free time, Allison enjoys pickleball, cheering on Memphis favorites like the Memphis Redbirds, Memphis Grizzlies, and Memphis Tigers, and spending time fishing locally with her family.
